What's in the news,Chetta ?
Kunjan
It's too painful to mention. The death toll in the Paravoor
explosion is mounting. It's heartbreaking. I fear Kerala is
under some sort of curse, with tragedies unfolding every day.
A string of tragedies and loss of precious lives.I'm baffled by
these apocalyptic events.
Ammini
Life is no longer safe, even if you sit at home. you know,
a young man sitting on his bike, one Km from the site of the
explosions, was hit by falling debris and died instantly.
Kunjan
Yea, all these unnecessary loss of lives is most devastating.
I don't know where Kerala is heading to. I think someone
must accept responsibility,and should be brought to book.
Surely, it's the lapse of the Police. Heads must roll. Ramesh
Chennithala should step down.
Ammini
For what? What mistake has he done? Don't try to score
political points at this time of bereavement. That's totally
unfair.
Kunjan
Justice must be done to the victims. As a first step, Chennithala
must resign.
Ammini
Why blame a single person ? You have to accept that Kerala is
an undisciplined country. There's no respect for authority. People
flout the law as they wish. There's no discipline among the youth.
Some government servants don't do their duty.
Kunjan
That's no excuse. Chennithala must go.
Ammini
So you are baying for the 'thala' ( head) of Chennithala. That's
unfair. He is a man of the highest integrity. Oommen Chandy
too.
Kunjan
Ammini, I am not convinced. I think the Gods are angry with
Keralites due to the misrule of Oommen Chandy and Chennithala.
So they send disasters almost every day.
Ammini
Chetta, think rationally. The police force is demoralized ,you know
why? They are too scared to do their duty. When they carry out
their duty, it's the CPM,DYFI,and SFI cadres who attack them with stones, petrol bombs etc. They attack police stations , and
forcibly release arrested offenders. Now your party and LDF
assume a moral high ground, which is hollow.If the police
had prevented the fireworks at Paravoor, they would have been
attacked by the mobs.
Kunjan
I am not convinced.
Ammini
The people must realize that indiscipline in a country is nurtured
at their own peril. Furthermore, the people should give up
dangerous, outdated entertainments like fireworks, for whatever
reason. Do not play with fire.

The UDF should be routed in the elections.
Ammini
Let the people decide. What happened to the Saritha serials, her
CDs, audios etc...?
Ha.. ha.I heard that some new videos are being
produced, using dupes of Oommen Chandy. It's most welcome
in these hard times,and at the eleventh hour, because people
need comedy to relieve tension. We can expect some super comedies just before the elections.
