Scene 2
Kappumthalakkal family home.Juliet and Saramma Nurse are in Juliet's bed
room,Saramma combing Juliet's hair affectionately.
Juliet
Saramma,today I want to ask you a favour.
Saramma
What favour,my child?
Juliet
The matter is simple,
You present my request
Before mom,I need a cell phone
Say it's essential,for today's youth
A necessity,not a luxury.
Saramma
Why don't you ask it yourself,
Is it such a big deal?
Juliet
I'm too scared to ask,
Because she has already shot down
My request;so to repeat it,
I'm too scared,you know her temper
It's "vettonnu,muri randu" ie
One cut;two pieces.

Saramma
I shall ask her,for your sake,
Come what may,because I am
The drum on which anybody can beat
But why the urgency now?
Juliet
(blushing)From you I can't hide
Anything,without your support,
I can't survive;the truth is
Romeo wants me to be connected.
Saramma
Ah,now the cat is out of the bag
I have,of late noted your chuttikkaly
If you get connected to Romeo
You get disconnected from your parents
And there lies the problem,
The Kappus and the Motta families
Are traditional enemies;and your
affair
is unthinkable,unattainable.
Juliet
Perhaps our love,in its frution
Might reconcile the two families,
Saramma,you have known me
Since the day I was born
Trust me,I won't pass the limit
In my love for Romeo.
Saramma
I fully trust you,but I don't know
How things will unfold,
A cell phone is peanuts for your mom
It's not a big deal,because even the
beggars
Are well-connected,every Andan and
Adakodan
Is armed with it,then why your mom
Deny you one,I really don't know
But I shall present your case srongly
Until your legitimate demand is met.
Juliet
(hugs Saramma)Thank you Saramma
I love you so much.
(the doorbell rings)
Daddy and mummy have arrived.

Yes ഉം No യും പറയാൻ സാധിക്കും. നമ്മുടെ പേഴ്‌സണൽ ചുറ്റുപാടുകൾ അനുകൂലവും ഹാപ്പിയും ആയിരിക്കാം. പക്ഷേ രാജ്യത്തു നടക്കുന്ന സംഭവങ്ങൾ വീക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ മനസാക്ഷിയും മനുഷ്യത്വവും ഉള്ള ആളുകൾക്ക് unhappy ആകാനെ കഴിയൂ. പുതിയ സിനിമകൾ വരുന്നു, കുറേ കഴിഞ്ഞ് നമ്മൾ അവയെ മറക്കുന്നു. ഇതുപോലെയാണ് കൊലക്കേസുകളും. ഉത്തര എന്ന യുവതിയെ ഭർത്താവ് പാമ്പിനെ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കടിപ്പിച്ചു കൊന്നത് രണ്ട് വർഷം മുൻപാണ്. കൂടത്തായിയും വാർത്തകളിൽ നിറഞ്ഞു നിന്നു.പുതിയ കേസുകൾ വന്നപ്പോൾ അവ പഴയ സിനിമകൾ പോലെ ആയി. ഇപ്പോഴിതാ വൈഗ കൊലക്കേസ് നാടിനെ ഞെട്ടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ക്രിമിനോളജി വീട്ടിലിരുന്ന് പരസഹായം കൂടാതെ  പഠിക്കാവുന്ന ഒരു വിഷയമാണ്. കേരളത്തിലെ കേസുകൾ പഠിച്ചാൽ മതി. ഒരു കൊലയാളി ഒരേ സമയം ഒരു മണ്ടനും ബുദ്ധിമാനും ആണ്. കൊല ഭംഗിയായി ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും തെളിവ് നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും അയാൾ ബുദ്ധിമാനാണ്. സ്വന്തം കുട്ടിയെ കൊന്ന സനു മോഹൻ ആ കൊലയിൽ ബുദ്ധി പ്രയോഗിച്ചു. പിടിക്കപ്പെടാതെ 27 ദിവസം പല സംസ്ഥാനങളിൽ കറങ്ങി. മൊബൈലും ATM കാർഡും ഉപയോഗിച്ചില്ല. എന്നാൽ കൊല്ലൂരിൽ ഒരു ഹോട്ടലിൽ  സ്വന്തം ആധാർ കൊടുത്തു. അത്...

            A  poem   for  Bakolobeng    students  April   25th   was  a memorable   day  at  Bakolobeng   Secondary   School for   many   reasons. VAGAMON

Vagamon doesn't need any introduction. It's known as a place of unique biodiversity, a favourite location for film shooting, and a popular destination for day visitors. We set out for a day trip to Vagamon on Sunday, 8 May,from Kottayam. The roads in Kottayam District are generally of international standards,particularly the road from Pala to Erattupetta. On our way, we stopped at Bharanganam to attend Holy Mass, and for breakfast in the Canteen. Initially, I was doubtful about the service there, because often, in such places where large number of people gather, the services may not be satisfactory. But I was proved wrong  by the good service and the quality of the food served there.
