A Banana Republic is a country where anybody can do anything, unchallenged and unquestioned, and get away with anything, or in other words, things are upside down. No wonder that Sudheeran's dais collapsed. it's a sign of the times.
It's ungrateful to brand one's own state as a Banana Republic, but there's no choice but to swallow the bitter pill,or the bitter truth.
First, a fraudster is calling the shots in Kerala.The gutter channels have elevated her to the moral high ground,and her lies are quoted and analysed as 'veda vakyam'.The political fortunes of leaders hang in the balance according to the whims and fancies of Saritha. In a Non-Banana Republic, Saritha would have been jailed for a long prison term,but in Kerala, she is the First Lady.
Don't call me a traitor when I reiterate that Kerala is a Banana Republic. This is because the overwhelming evidence strengthens my argument. We have judges who don't know the ABC of the law. We have policemen who don't do their duty,which is to protect law-abiding citizens from thugs.
